Returns and Exchanges

We are sorry to hear that your item(s) haven't worked out. We will happily exchange or return the items you have purchased. Please see return eligibility below. If you have any questions please reach out!

EXCHANGES

At this time, Out West Officials does not have an exchange program. We will gladly return your product(s) based on the policy below, and you may re-order the correct products with www.outwestofficials.com. This allows you to order your products right away so that you receive them quickly. We then will return and refund your order (based on the below policy) when received. Thank you for your business!

RETURNS

Items eligible for return prior to 15 days post delivery date.

Item(s)** must be unwashed-unworn-with tags in order for us to cover all of the shipping cost to return the item**.
Item(s)** must be returned within 15 days from the confirmed delivery date.
It is suggested that you use the original box that it arrived in, but we will accept a shipment in another packaging as long as it doesn't jeopardize the condition of the product.
Returns are only paid for within the continental United States. We will not cover any costs for return to Hawaii, Alaska, or other countries outside of the continental United States. We also will not cover the cost of return if you purchased the item pick-up or from a Clinic which we had attended.

To return any Items after 15 days post delivery date:

Buyer will cover the shipping cost of the item back to Out West Officials Gear and Apparel. Only Store credit will be given.
Item(s) must be unwashed-unworn-with tags in order for us to accept the item. (That means any item worn other than to simply try it on will not be accepted. This item will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.

To return any Items after 30 days post delivery date:

All items returned after this time period will not be accepted. Items that are out of season or cannot be resold due to missing tags, packaging, or having been worn/washed will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser at their cost.

**Any items considered "Custom" or any logo apparel for Out West Officials branding will be considered FINAL SALE. No returns or exchange available on these items.

**Any items marked "Sale" or "Outlet" or "Clearance" will be considered FINAL SALE and will not be eligible for return or exchange.

**Any Items that are considered "hygeneic" such as, but not limited to, compression apparel, cups, jock supporters, briefs, supportive briefs, etc. are not returnable, and are considered "Final Purchase".
